   - Appointment List/Lookup
 
   - Chart > Patient Information Bar > Recall Plans button
 
   - Chart > Clinical History/Notes tab
 
   - Chart > Encounters tab
 
   - Checkin / Checkout AutoFlow Sequence > Patient Recall
