View a Recall Plan from the Patient Chart > Patient Information Bar
Note: The Show Patient Information Bar check box must be enabled in Practice Preferences > Patient Information Bar > PM tab, and in General User Preferences > Chart tab. Access the patient’s Chart. On the Patient Information Bar, do one of the following: To view Recall Plan, Start Date, Return Date and Event for active recalls, hover over the Recall Plans button. To access all recalls for the patient, select the Recall Plans button. The Chart > Clinical History/Notes > Recall topic opens. The section on the right displays existing recalls for the patient. Access the patient’s Chart. Select the Encounters tab. Right-click on any encounter and select Recall from the menu. The Patient Recall window displays existing recalls for the patient. Parent topic: View Recall Plans

From the Appointment Book, highlight the patient’s appointment. Right-click on the appointment and select Recall from the menu. The Patient Recall window displays existing recalls for the patient. Parent topic: View Recall Plans

From the Appointment Book, open the patient’s appointment. The Edit Appointment window opens. Select the Recall/Waitlist tab The Recalls section of the tab displays existing recalls for the patient. Parent topic: View Recall Plans

View a Recall Plan from the Appointment Lookup Window
On the main toolbar, select the Appointments button. The Appointment Lookup window opens. Enter the appropriate Search Criteria to locate an appointment for the patient. Select Find. In the Appointment List section, right-click on the patient’s appointment and select Recall from the menu. The Patient Recall window displays existing recalls for the patient.
