Modify a Recall Plan from the Appointment Lookup Window

  1. On the main toolbar, select the ApptList button.
    The Appointment Lookup window opens.
  2. Enter the appropriate Search Criteria to locate an appointment for the patient.
  3. Select Find.
  4. In the Appointment List section, right-click on the patient’s appointment and select Recall from the menu.
    The Patient Recall window displays existing recalls for the patient.
  5. Select the recall to be modified, and then do one of the following:
    • Select the Open Menu button and select Open from the menu.
    • Right-click and select Open from the menu.
    • Select the Open button.
    The Edit Recall Plan window opens.
