Modify a Recall Plan from the Appointment Lookup Window
- On the main toolbar, select the Appointments button. 
   The Appointment Lookup window opens.
 - Enter the appropriate Search Criteria to locate an appointment for the patient.
 - Select Find.
 - In the Appointment List section, right-click on the patient’s appointment and select Recall from the menu. 
   The Patient Recall window displays existing recalls for the patient.
 - Select the recall to be modified, and then do one of the following:
   
- Select the Open Menu button and select Open from the menu.
 - Right-click and select Open from the menu.
 - Select the Open button.
 
The Edit Recall Plan window opens.
