Add a Duplicate Recall Plan

A patient can have multiple occurrences of the same recall plan, if needed. For example, a patient may need recalls for two different procedures. A single “Procedure” recall plan can be used for both, each with a different return date, event, resource and/or location.

  1. Open the Recall Plan Maintenance window of the patient.

  2. In the Available field, select to select a Recall Plan that already exists for the patient.
  3. Select a Return Date, Last Date, Event, Resource and Location for the duplicate recall.
  4. To save changes and close the window, select OK.
    The following prompt displays: The selected plan is already active for this patient. Do you want to add this plan to the patient again?

  5. To add the duplicate recall plan for the patient, select Yes.
