Appointment Lookup Window
On the main toolbar, select the
ApptList
button.
The
Appointment Lookup
window opens.
Enter the appropriate
Search Criteria
to locate an appointment for the patient.
Select
Find
.
In the
Appointment List
section, right-click on the patient’s appointment and select
Recall
.
The
Patient Recall
window opens.
Select the recall to be stopped.
Do one of the following:

Open Menu
button and select
Stop
.
Right-click and select
Stop
.

Add/Edit Appointment Window
From the Appointment Book, open the patient’s appointment. The Edit Appointment window opens. Select the Recall/Waitlist tab. In the Recalls section of the tab, select the recall to be stopped. Right-click and select Stop. Parent topic: Stop a Recall Manually

From the Appointment Book, select the patient’s appointment. Right-click and select Recall. The Patient Recall window opens. Select the recall to be stopped. Patient Chart > Encounters Tab
Access the Patient Chart. Select the Encounters tab. In the Encounters list on the left, select any encounter. Right-click and select Recall. The Patient Recall window opens. Select the recall to be stopped. Do one of the following: Select the Open Menu button and select Stop from the menu. Right-click and select Stop from the menu. Select the Stop button. The following prompt displays: Do you want to stop the participation in this plan? To stop the patient’s recall plan, select Yes. Select a Reason for Stopping Recall and then select OK. Note: The Reason for Stopping Recall window displays only if the Prompt for a reason when a Recall Plan is stopped option is enabled in Practice Preferences > Chart. Patient Chart > Patient Information Bar
Note: The Show Patient Information Bar option must be enabled in Practice Preferences > Patient Information Bar > PM tab, and in General User Preferences > Chart tab. Access the Patient Chart. From the Patient Information Bar, select the Recall Plans button. The Clinical History/Notes tab > Recall topic displays. The section on the right displays existing recalls for the patient.
