Patient Chart > Encounters Tab

  1. Access the Patient Chart.
  2. Select the Encounters tab.
  3. In the Encounters list on the left, select any encounter.
  4. Right-click and select Recall.
    The Patient Recall window opens.
  5. Select the recall to be stopped.
  6. Do one of the following:
    • Select the Open Menu button and select Stop from the menu.
    • Right-click and select Stop from the menu.
    • Select the Stop button.
    The following prompt displays: Do you want to stop the participation in this plan?

  7. To stop the patient’s recall plan, select Yes.
  8. Select a Reason for Stopping Recall and then select OK.
