Before you begin
Ensure that the
Enable On Demand Health Data check box is selected on the
Health Records page in Site Generator.
- Open NextGen® PxP Portal, and then from the dashboard or the left pane, select Health Records.
The Health Record page opens displaying the Visits tab.
- Select Request updated records.
The
Request updated records page opens.
- Do one of the following:
- To request personal health records for a specific time period, enter the start date and end date in Filter by date range.
- To request a consolidated personal health record, select the Request complete record check box.
- Select Request.
A message appears indicating that the request is being processed by the practice.
- Select Close.
