Note: The Direct option sends the health information to the email address provided by the doctor, which is based on a secure messaging protocol for encrypting exchange of personal health information. The Enter Direct Address email address may contain the word "direct".

Note: The Standard email option sends the health information to the standard email address of the doctor. This option has a non-secure email address and can be intercepted and read by others. Patient must acknowledge that they understand and accept the risk.
