Configure an Aggregate CCD Email after Multiple Requests

Aggregate CCD Email ensures that only one email with aggregate CCDs is sent to a patient who has requested multiple CCDs during a fixed time-period in NextGen® PxP Portal. Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration. The Site Generator page opens. Under Portal Solutions, select Health Record. The Health Record page opens. View Enhanced Health Record

When you enable the Health Record 2.0, patients can view enhanced health records that are compliant with WCAG Level-2.1 in NextGen® PxP Portal. Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration. The Site Generator page opens. Under Portal Solutions, select Health Record. The Health Record page opens. Request Personal Health Records

Before you begin Ensure that the Enable On Demand Health Data check box is selected on the Health Records page in Site Generator. Open NextGen® PxP Portal, and then from the dashboard or the left pane, select Health Records. The Health Record page opens displaying the Visits tab. Select Request updated records. Health record summary page The Request updated records page opens. Request updated records page Do one of the following: To request personal health records for a specific time period, enter the start date and end date in Filter by date range. To request a consolidated personal health record, select the Request complete record check box. Select Request. A message appears indicating that the request is being processed by the practice. Select Close.

Configuration Files for NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service

You must install NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service to generate Personal Health Records (PHR) for NextGen® PxP Portal. After the installation of NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service, the following default configuration files are created. The configuration files contain the agent options for generating the PHRs. PxpLongitudinalCcdaRequest. Contains the settings for generating the PHR when a patient completes enrollment. PxpEncounterCcdaRequest. Contains the settings for generating the PHR when an encounter is locked in NextGen® Enterprise EHR PxpManualCcdaRequest. Edit Agent Options

You can edit the agent options in the configuration files to modify the default settings for generating Personal Health Records (PHR). Open NextGen Service Manager Console. In the Components pane, expand NextGen.Pxp.CcdaService, and select the database. Select Stop to stop NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service. Locate the configuration file. You can find the default configuration files in the C:\NextGen\Services\AWSVPQADB02.consolidated_testing.NextGenPatientPortalCCDService\Configs\Default location. Note: The folder name in the Services folder is a combination of the system name and database name. For example, if your system name is AWSVPQADB02 and the database name is consolidated_testing, the folder name is AWSVPQADB02.consolidated_testing.NextGenPatientPortalCCDService. Right-click the configuration file, and then select Edit with Notepad ++. The configuration file opens in Notepad ++.
