Configure an Aggregate CCD Email after Multiple Requests

Aggregate CCD Email ensures that only one email with aggregate CCDs is sent to a patient who has requested multiple CCDs during a fixed time-period in NextGen® PxP Portal. Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration. The Site Generator page opens. Under Portal Solutions, select Health Record. The Health Record page opens. View Enhanced Health Record

When you enable the Health Record 2.0, patients can view enhanced health records that are compliant with WCAG Level-2.1 in NextGen® PxP Portal. Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration. The Site Generator page opens. Under Portal Solutions, select Health Record. The Health Record page opens. Request Patient Health Records

When you turn on the On Demand Health Record feature, patients using NextGen® PxP Portal can request CCDs from the Health Record page by selecting the Request updated records link. Open Site Generator, and then select NextGen Healthcare Site Administration. The Site Generator page opens. Under Portal Solutions, select Health Record. The Health Record page opens. Agents for Clinical Quality Measure Events

You can view the agents relevant to the Clinical Quality Measure Events solution under Clinical Quality Measure Events on the Solutions tab. You can search for the agents on the Agent Configuration tab to view the agent configuration. Agents Description On Demand Health Data Checks health data requests from NextGen® PxP Portal and gets the requested data from NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Health Quality Measure Events Gets details on events like viewing, downloading and transmission of personal health records (PHR) from NextGen® PxP Portal and sends them to NextGen® Enterprise PM for HQM Reporting module. Login Activity Gets the details on the latest logon activity in NextGen® PxP Portal and sends them to the client system. Referral Sends a copy of the transition document to the NextGen® PxP Portal account of the patient during a referral. Configuration Files for NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service

You must install NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service to generate Personal Health Records (PHR) for NextGen® PxP Portal. After the installation of NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service, the following default configuration files are created. The configuration files contain the agent options for generating the PHRs. PxpLongitudinalCcdaRequest. Contains the settings for generating the PHR when a patient completes enrollment. PxpEncounterCcdaRequest. View the Status of NextGen PxP Agents

Before you begin Ensure that Health Queues is turned on for your practice. You can view the status of the following NextGen® PxP Portal agents and their corresponding services. Message Type - This section displays the various message agents, count in their queue, corrective action to be taken by user if any and so on. Enrollment Status Overall - This section displays the various enrollment statuses of patients in your practice and their current processing statuses. CCD Generation Failed - This section displays the details of failed CCDs from your practice. Health Record CCD - This section displays the processing status of the health record CCDs sent from your practice. Inbound Form PDF - This section displays the details of forms submitted through NextGen® PxP Portal after they are added to patient encounters or patient-generated data table in NextGen Database.
