Health Quality Measure Events	Gets details on events like viewing, downloading and transmission of personal health records (PHR) from NextGen® PxP Portal and sends them to NextGen® Enterprise PM for HQM Reporting module.
Login Activity	Gets the details on the latest logon activity in NextGen® PxP Portal and sends them to the client system.
Referral	Sends a copy of the transition document to the NextGen® PxP Portal account of the patient during a referral.
Filtered CCDA	Gets the requests for filtered PHR from patients and sends them to their NextGen® PxP Portal accounts.
Enrollment CCDA	Sends consolidated PHR when a patient completes enrollement with NextGen® PxP Portal.

You can view the agents relevant to the Patient Portal solution under Patient Portal on the Solutions tab. You can also search for and view the configuration of agents associated with Patient Portalon the Agent Configuration tab. Turn on Portal Solutions

The Solution Configuration tab displays the portal solutions available for your practice. You can turn on the solutions required for your practice and also view and configure the agents associated with them. In PxP Portal Integration Tool, select Practice Config Practice Config icons. Configuration Files for NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service

You must install NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service to generate Personal Health Records (PHR) for NextGen® PxP Portal. After the installation of NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service, the following default configuration files are created. The configuration files contain the agent options for generating the PHRs. Lab Results in Personal Health Records

Lab results are automatically sent as part of personal health records (PHR) after they are reviewed and signed off by the provider. PHRs are sent to a patient's NextGen® PxP Portal account in the following scenarios: When a patient requests PHRs from the portal When a patient manually requests PHRs from NextGen® PxP Portal, they receive either a full PHR or an encounter-based PHR depending on the date range they select. The PHR document contains data from all encounters whether the encounters are locked or unlocked. Manually-requested PHRs display all signed-off lab results. Before you begin Ensure that Health Queues is turned on for your practice. You can view the status of the following NextGen® PxP Portal agents and their corresponding services. Message Type - This section displays the various message agents, count in their queue, corrective action to be taken by user if any and so on. Enrollment Status Overall - This section displays the various enrollment statuses of patients in your practice and their current processing statuses.
