The Solution Configuration tab displays the portal solutions available for your practice. You can turn on the solutions required for your practice and also view and configure the agents associated with them.
- In PxP Portal Integration Tool, select Practice Config
.
The Practice Config page opens.
- Select the Solution Configuration tab.
- To turn on a solution, turn on the corresponding toggle.
- To view the agents associated with a solution,expand the solution.
- To turn on an agent, perform the following steps.
- To associate the agent with the solution, turn on the Associate toggle.
- To activate the agent, turn on the Active toggle.
- To activate the agent for the practice, turn on the Status toggle.
The status of the agent changes to Running.
