You can view the status of the following
NextGen® PxP Portal agents and their corresponding services.
- Message Type - This section displays the various message agents, count in their queue, corrective action to be taken by user if any and so on.
- Enrollment Status Overall - This section displays the various enrollment statuses of patients in your practice and their current processing statuses.
- CCD Generation Failed - This section displays the details of failed CCDs from your practice.
- Health Record CCD - This section displays the processing status of the health record CCDs sent from your practice.
- Inbound Form PDF - This section displays the details of forms submitted through NextGen® PxP Portal after they are added to patient encounters or patient-generated data table in NextGen Database.
Note: The Health Queues tab is not available by default. To turn on the Health Queues tab, you must submit a Support case to NextGen Healthcare.
