| Medication IDL | Gets the complete medication details of patients and updates them in the Medications section of the medication renewal page in NextGen® PxP Portal. |
| Patient Enterprise Chart | When the enterprise chart options are changed, this agent triggers the change to delete medications of the patient from NextGen® PxP Portal and triggers the synchronization of the medication based on the current enterprise chart settings. |
| Pharmacy Sync | Syncs all the pharmacies available in NextGen® Enterprise to NextGen® PxP Portal. |
| Inbound Message Handling | Resends the messages that fail to reach NextGen® Enterprise. The messages include secure messages, appointment requests and Rx refill requests from patients. |
