You can edit the agent options in the configuration files to modify the default settings for generating Personal Health Records (PHR).
- Open NextGen Service Manager Console.
- In the Components pane, expand NextGen.Pxp.CcdaService, and select the database.
- Select Stop to stop NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service.
- Locate the configuration file.
You can find the default configuration files in the
C:\NextGen\Services\AWSVPQADB02.consolidated_testing.NextGenPatientPortalCCDService\Configs\Default location.
Note: The folder name in the Services folder is a combination of the system name and database name. For example, if your system name is AWSVPQADB02 and the database name is consolidated_testing, the folder name is AWSVPQADB02.consolidated_testing.NextGenPatientPortalCCDService.
- Right-click the configuration file, and then select Edit with Notepad ++.
The configuration file opens in Notepad ++.
- Search and edit the XML key, and then select Save.
- Start NextGen Patient Portal CCD Service.
