Hidden Agent Options

Some Rosetta agents support specialized options that are not intended to be modified by clients. These options are not visible in the Rosetta Management Console. To configure these options, you have to modify the NextGen Healthcare database. These options must be only modified by NextGen Healthcare personnel. The following table describes the categories, names, descriptions, data types, and default values for hidden Rosetta agent options. Category Agent Options Description, Data Type, and Default Appointment Export Send_Appt_Nbr Exports the appointment number generated by NextGen® Enterprise PM in the ScheduleID/Code field of the SCH segment. Setting Agent Options for C-CDA R2.1

Beginning with the 5.9 release, Rosetta CCD (Continuity of Care Documents) export agents support C-CDA level R2.1. When Rosetta agents are upgraded, R2.1 becomes the default level for C-CDA exports. To accomplish this, the following agent options in the General category are set during the agent upgrade: Format = C-CDA R2.1 External System To Xref Codes In Code Tables = CCDAR21 External System To Xref Codes In Mstr Lists = CCDAR21 The latter two options must have the value CCDAR21 when the Format option is C-CDA R2.1. If you need to export documents in C-CDA R1.1 format, then set Format to C-CDA, and set the other options to the appropriate external system. For backward compatibility, you can optionally set the Export > Include Legacy Template Ids agent option to Yes. This causes the exported document to include legacy template IDs in addition to the current template IDs. The default is No. Rosetta CCD export agents can create different types of C-CDA documents. Trigger a CCD

Before you begin Ask your system administrator which NextGen® Enterprise EHR template and control (such as a button or field) to use to generate the CCD. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, select the patient you want to generate the CCD for. Open the applicable template. Select the template control that triggers CCD generation. Based on the Generate CCD trigger options, you may be required to select a Clinical Quality Measures (CQM) provider or select CCD generation options. If the trigger is set to export to NextGen® Enterprise Rosetta Interface Messenger and CCD generation is successful, an optional message stating that the CCD has been queued for export by Rosetta agents may display. NextGen® Enterprise Rosetta Interface Messenger processes the CCD accordingly (to a file, HIE or designated endpoint). If the trigger is not set to export to NextGen® Enterprise Rosetta Interface Messenger, the generated document opens. Select Close. Parent topic: Generating a CCD
