Verify the Custom Practice XML

You can check the logs to verify that the practice level configurations are being used after the CCD version is updated.
  1. Open the location C:\NextGen\Services\AWSVPQADB02.consolidated_testing.NextGenPatientPortalCCDService.
  2. Open AppLogs.log in Notepad++.
  3. Search for the following text according to your practice ID and its agents:
    • Info Agent 0001-PxpDateFilterCcdaRequest created
    • Info Agent 0001-PxpEncounterCcdaRequest created
    • Info Agent 0001-PxpLongitudinalCcdaRequest created
    • Info Agent 0001-PxpManualCcdaRequest created
    • Info Agent 0001-PxpMsuCcdaRequest created

    In the above example, 0001 is the practice ID, and 0001-PxpDateFilterCcdaRequest, 0001-PxpEncounterCcdaRequest and so on are its agents.

    If the above text is displayed in the log file, the custom practice XML is being used.
