My Phrases

By using My Phrases, you can increase efficiency by saving the phrases you frequently type in patient comments. On the INF My Phrases Mng template, you can build and save your own phrases or System Set phrases or copy phrases from other providers. Then, when you are entering patient data, you can quickly insert the saved phrases into the comment fields. You can also save phrases on the fly when you are typing comments into fields.

When My Phrases is available for a field, a down arrow button and plus sign button appear in the upper right above the field or to the right of the field. The down arrow opens My Phrases where you can select previously saved phrases. The plus sign adds a phrase that you have typed in the field to your phrase set for that category.
