Add Phrases Through the Field

You can add the text entered in a field that has the My Phrases feature as a phrase.

  1. On the appropriate template, enter the phrase text in the field, and then select the Plus icon or Manage My Phrases link available for that field.
    The INF My Phrases Mng template opens with the following information:
    • The My Phrase field is filled with the text you have entered.
    • The Category field is filled with the name of the category or section on which you have entered the text.
  2. Optional: If you are a super user and want to add the phrase as a system set for all users, select the System Set checkbox.
  3. In Name, enter the name of the phrase.
  4. In My Phrase, update the text as needed.
  5. Select Add.
    The phrase is added to the grid.
  6. To return to the template where you are documenting details, select Close.
