You can filter the phrases displayed in the grid on the INF My Phrases Select template to use them. Open the INF MyPhrases Select template. To view your own phrases, select the Show Mine check box. To view phrases added by the rendering provider, select the Show Rendering checkbox. Note: By default, the rendering provider's name is displayed in the corresponding field. To view other user's phrases, select the Show Other checkbox, and then select the name of the provider whose phrases you want to use. To view system set phrases, select the Show System Set checkbox. You can use phrases available for you, rendering provider, other users, or all users (system set phrases) to quickly add information in the fields associated with the My Phrases feature. Open the INF MyPhrases Select template. Filter the phrases displayed in the grid as needed. Select the phrases to be added from the grid. The selected phrases are added to the Comments field. Select Save & Close. The phrases from the Comments field on the INF MyPhrases Select template are added to the corresponding field on the template. You can add the text entered in a field that has the My Phrases feature as a phrase. On the appropriate template, enter the phrase text in the field, and then select the Plus icon or Manage My Phrases link available for that field. The INF My Phrases Mng template opens with the following information: The My Phrase field is filled with the text you have entered. The Category field is filled with the name of the category or section on which you have entered the text. Optional: If you are a super user and want to add the phrase as a system set for all users, select the System Set checkbox. In Name, enter the name of the phrase. In My Phrase, update the text as needed. Select Add. The phrase is added to the grid. To return to the template where you are documenting details, select Close. You can filter the phrases displayed in the grid on the INF My Phrases Management template to update or delete them. Open the INF My Phrases Mng template. From Category Filter, select the desired category, and then select OK. The phrases added by you for the selected category appear in the grid. To include the deleted phrases to the grid, select the Show Deleted checkbox. The phrases deleted from your set appear in the grid along with the existing records. If you are a super user and want to update or delete system set phrases, select the System Set checkbox. Only the system set phrases with the selected category appear in the grid. If you have selected the Show Deleted checkbox, the deleted system set phrases also appear in the grid. You can create frequently used phrases for your own use. You can also use phrases available for other users or system set phrases available for all users. You can use the My Phrases feature to save your time to document a patient's history, exams, assessments, and plans of care by adding frequently used phrases. When the My Phrases feature is applicable for a field, the Down Arrow and Plus icons or My Phrases and Manage My Phrases links appear for that field. You can select the icons or links to open the INF MyPhrases Select and INF My Phrases Mng templates respectively.
