You can update or delete your own phrases and modify the phrase text and name of the existing phrase to create another one.
You cannot update or delete phrases of the rendering provider and other users. If you are a super user, you can update or delete the system set phrases. A super user is the person who maintains the standards and configurations for the practice.
- Open the INF My Phrases Mng template.
- Filter the phrases in the grid as needed.
- Select the phrase to be updated or deleted from the grid.
The details of the selected phrase are filled in the corresponding fields.
- To update the phrases, update the details in the fields, and then select Update.
- To add the selected phrase as a new one without updating the original, update the details in the fields, and then select Add.
- To delete the selected phrase, select Delete.
