Add Phrases Through the Link

You can add your own phrases on the INF My Phrases Management template. If you are a super user, you can add system set phrases as well.

1. Open the INF My Phrases Mng template.
2. From Category, select the desired category, and then select OK.
3. Optional: If you are a super user and want to add the phrase as a system set for all users, select the System Set checkbox.
4. In Name, enter the name of the phrase.
5. In My Phrase, enter the phrase text.
   Note: You can enter up to 1000 characters.
6. Select Add.
7. To return to the template where you are documenting details, select Close.
