Filter Phrases on the My Phrases Select Template

You can filter the phrases displayed in the grid on the INF My Phrases Select template to use them. Open the INF MyPhrases Select template. To view your own phrases, select the Show Mine check box. To view phrases added by the rendering provider, select the Show Rendering checkbox. Note: By default, the rendering provider's name is displayed in the corresponding field. To view other user's phrases, select the Show Other checkbox, and then select the name of the provider whose phrases you want to use. To view system set phrases, select the Show System Set checkbox. Filter Phrases on the My Phrases Management Template

You can filter the phrases displayed in the grid on the INF My Phrases Management template to update or delete them. Open the INF My Phrases Mng template. From Category Filter, select the desired category, and then select OK. The phrases added by you for the selected category appear in the grid. To include the deleted phrases to the grid, select the Show Deleted checkbox. The phrases deleted from your set appear in the grid along with the existing records. If you are a super user and want to update or delete system set phrases, select the System Set checkbox. Only the system set phrases with the selected category appear in the grid. If you have selected the Show Deleted checkbox, the deleted system set phrases also appear in the grid. Parent topic: Managing My Phrases and Common Phrases

Add Phrases Through the Field

You can add the text entered in a field that has the My Phrases feature as a phrase. On the appropriate template, enter the phrase text in the field, and then select the Plus icon or Manage My Phrases link available for that field. The INF My Phrases Mng template opens with the following information: The My Phrase field is filled with the text you have entered. The Category field is filled with the name of the category or section on which you have entered the text. Optional: If you are a super user and want to add the phrase as a system set for all users, select the System Set checkbox. In Name, enter the name of the phrase. In My Phrase, update the text as needed. Select Add. The phrase is added to the grid. To return to the template where you are documenting details, select Close. Manage Phrases

You can update or delete your own phrases and modify the phrase text and name of the existing phrase to create another one. You cannot update or delete phrases of the rendering provider and other users. If you are a super user, you can update or delete the system set phrases. A super user is the person who maintains the standards and configurations for the practice. Open the INF My Phrases Mng template. Filter the phrases in the grid as needed. Select the phrase to be updated or deleted from the grid. The details of the selected phrase are filled in the corresponding fields. To update the phrases, update the details in the fields, and then select Update. To add the selected phrase as a new one without updating the original, update the details in the fields, and then select Add. To delete the selected phrase, select Delete. Remove Copied Phrases

You can remove copied phrases from your own set of phrases. Open the INF My Phrases Mng template. Select Copy From User. The INF My Phrases Copy window opens. To remove a specific phrase, select the phrase from the My Phrases List grid. The selected phrase is moved to the User Name grid. To remove all phrases from your set that are copied from a user, select the Remove All icon. All copied phrases from the My Phrases List grid are moved to the User Name grid. Note: The phrases that do not have values in the Copied From column are created by you, and you cannot move them to the User Name grid. Parent topic: Copy Phrases

Copy Phrases

You can copy phrases to your My Phrase sets from another user’s set. Click the Copy From User button on the INF My Phrases Mng template. INF My Phrases Copy template The INF My Phrases Copy template opens. Filter the left-hand grid by user (Copy From) and Category to find phrases. To change the user, click the Copy From field and select a user from the list. Enter an asterisk (*) to see all users. To change the category, click the Category field and select a category from the list. Enter an asterisk (*) to see all categories. Copy either all or specific phrases as follows: To copy all phrases for a given category or user, select that category or user in the Copy From or Category field, select and click the right arrow. All phrases move to the My Phrases List grid. To move specific phrases from another user, select that user in the Copy From field, and then click on each phrase that you want to copy.
