Display or Hide the Eval/Re-Eval Field on the NTS Single Visit Template

You can make the Eval/Re-Eval field appear on the Single Visit template from the Single Visit section on the NTS Practice Config practice template.

1. On the NTS Practice Config practice template, go to the Single Visit section.
   

2. For the Show Eval/Re-Eval Field, do one of the following:
   • To display the Eval/Re-Eval field on the NTS Single Visit template, select Enabled.
   • To hide the Eval/Re-Eval field on the NTS Single Visit template, select Disabled.
