Enable or Disable MedBridge HEP

You can configure whether the MedBridge HEP link appears for your practice in the Single Visit section of the NTS Practice Config practice template.

Before you begin

You must contact MedBridge to begin the process of authenticating your environment for the usage of MedBridge API. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Pre-API Installation Client Readiness Checklist and API App Client Readiness Checklist.
If your practice subscribes to MedBridge HEP, you can display the MedBridge HEP link on the NTS Single Visit template.
  1. On the NTS Practice Config practice template, go to the Single Visit section.

  2. For MedBridge HEP, do one of the following:
    • To display the MedBridge HEP link on the NTS Single Visit template, select Enabled.
    • To hide the MedBridge HEP link on the NTS Single Visit template, select Disabled.
