Physiotec HEP

You can make the Physiotec HEP link appear on the NTS Single Visit template for each practice location that has a claim ID and entity ID provided by Physiotec. To configure a location, enter the Location Name, Entity ID, and Claim ID. Physiotec HEP settings in the Single Visit section of the Practice Config template Select the Enabled checkbox. In the NTS Single Visittemplate, the Physiotec HEP link appears above the Treatment grid in the Objective panel. When you select the link, the system logs you directly into Physiotec. Display or Hide the Eval/Re-Eval Field on the NTS Single Visit Template

You can make the Eval/Re-Eval field appear on the Single Visit template from the Single Visit section on the NTS Practice Config practice template. On the NTS Practice Config practice template, go to the Single Visit section. Enable or Disable MedBridge HEP

You can configure whether the MedBridge HEP link appears for your practice in the Single Visit section of the NTS Practice Config practice template. Before you begin You must contact MedBridge to begin the process of authenticating your environment for the usage of MedBridge API. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Pre-API Installation Client Readiness Checklist and API App Client Readiness Checklist. If your practice subscribes to MedBridge HEP, you can display the MedBridge HEP link on the NTS Single Visit template. On the NTS Practice Config practice template, go to the Single Visit section. Require Summary of Care for Discharge Visits

You can require users to add a summary of care for discharge visits by selecting the applicable visit sets. In the Single Visit section of the NTS Practice Config template, locate the Summary of Care for Discharge Visits setting. Summary of Care for Discharge Visits Select the field below the Visit Set grid. The Visit Set picklist appears. The list displays items that have DC set to Yes in the Visit Type Setup panel of the NTS Billing Config template. In the picklist, select a visit set. The picklist closes and the visit set appears in the field. Select Add to add the item to the Visit Set grid. Parent topic: Single Visit

Visit Time

You can document the visit time for patients using one of the following methods based on your practice configuration done in the Single Visit section on the Practice Config practice template. If the application is configured to use the start and end timestamps to calculate total time for the patient visit, a Start Time button and field appear at the top of the Single Visit template, and Start Time and End time buttons and fields appear at the bottom of the template. Start Time and End Time fields on the Single Visit template If the application is configured to use manually entered total time, the Total Active Visit Time field appears at the bottom of the template. Note: If you change the minutes in Total Active Visit Time on the Single Visit template, you must reopen Fee Sheet to ensure correct calculations and documentation for the encounter. If turned on, you can enter the evaluation or re-evaluation time in the Eval/Re-Eval field. The time entered in Eval/Re-Eval is not added to the

FOTO Integration

You can control the FOTO integration for locations of your practice from the Single Visit section of the NTS Practice Config practice template. You must contact FOTO to get your API key and attach it to specific locations in this grid. You must also use the FOTO/Connected Health URL field. This API Integration requires that you manually add your patient to the FOTO website and enter the NextGen Healthcare case number in the External ID field on the FOTO website or app. FOTO section in the Single Visit section of the Practice Config template You can perform the following FOTO settings: Enable or disable FOTO for all locations. Enable or disable FOTO for individual locations. Note: To integrate the connected health instance with FOTO, you can enter the Connected Health URL http://72.1.114.243:9002/? in the FOTO URL field.
