Templates Used for Ophthalmology Configuration

The following templates are used for configuring settings and content for Ophthalmology.

You can set the pronoun to be used in concatenation for the HPI and enable gender related details to appear in the chart note. Data Sets SetupThis practice template is where Ophthalmic diagnostic tests found on the Order Tests - OPH template are configured, and where contact lens types are maintained (for the Contact Lens Evaluationtemplate). Custom DB PicklistsThis system template is where the diagnostic test categories used for setting up Ophthalmic diagnostic tests on the Data Sets Setup are maintained in the oph_dx_setup_category DB picklist. This is also where the OPH_OcularHistory DB picklist is maintained, which is used to correlate SNOMED codes and descriptions for ocular conditions and procedures that can be selected for the patient on the Ocular History - OPH template.
