Diagnostic studies added to the history of present illness in the Reason for Visit panel appear in the grid with Studies Reviewed in the Reason for Visit column.
- On the Intake- OPH template, expand the Reason for Visit panel.
- Select the Studies Reviewed record from the grid.
The Remove button will be enabled.
- Click Remove.
The
Studies Reviewed record no longer appears in the grid.
Note: Removing the record from the grid in the Reason for Visit panel does not remove it from the historical diagnostic tests or orders grids.
