Additional Reason for Visit Panel Features

Additional features on the Reason for Visit panel enable you to adjust how you document chief complaints and HPI information, indicate follow-up visits, review the patient's HPI history, and remove studies reviewed from the grid.

Do not launch HPIEnables you to select one or more chief complaints/reasons for visit from the list without opening the HPI template

To open the HPI template after selecting reasons for visit, click the row of one of the chief complaints listed in the grid.

Additional/ManageLocated in the left pane and opens the Reason for Visit template, where you can indicate a follow-up visit or you can type a chief complaint. The Reason for Visit template includes a complete list of chief complaints for the specialty
Historic HPIOpens the Historic HPI template, where you can see the patient’s history of chief complaints and HPI details in a concatenated summary format for Ophthalmic specialties or all specialties
Intake CommentsUsed by Intake staff to note information that may be useful to the provider when completing the HPI
DiagnosticsOpens the Historical Diagnostic Tests- OPH template
View AllOpens the HOPI Notes template, where you can see all chief complaints and HPI details for the encounter in a concatenated summary format
RemoveRemoves Studies Reviewed records from the grid
