You can remove the diagnostic studies if they are not applicable for the current encounter.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open the Intake or SOAP template, and then expand the Reason for Visit section.
- Select the row containing the Studies Reviewed record, and then select Remove.
Note: When you remove a record from the Reason for Visit section, the record is not removed from the grid on the Diagnostic History Entry template or the History Summary section.
