Remove a Reason for Visit

You can remove a reason for visit if it is not applicable for the current encounter.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. Open the Intake or SOAP template, and then expand the Reason for Visit section.
  3. Select Select Reason(s) for Visit.
    The Select Reason for Visit window opens.
  4. Select Clear for the applicable reason for visit.
  5. Select Save and Close.
