Remove a Previously Documented Provider Communication

Previously documented provider communications can be removed from the Provider Communication panel or template.

  1. Do one of the following to open the Provider Communication panel or template.
    • On the Assessment/Plan-OPH template, expand the Provider Communication panel.
    • On the Provider-OPH template, scroll to the bottom and click Provider Comm..
    The Provider Communication template opens.
  2. The Date field automatically displays today’s date.
    To select another date, click the Date field and select a date from the on-screen calendar
  3. Highlight the row to delete in the Provider Communication grid.
    Details for the row appear in the fields above the grid, and the Remove button is enabled.
  4. Click Remove.
    The selected communication no longer appears in the grid when the option to Show Active records is selected, and the Remove button is disabled. The selected communication appears in the grid when the option to Show All or Deleted records is selected, and includes the following information for the audit log: the Date and Time the deletion was done, the Status field displays deleted, the Edited by field displays the name of the user who deleted the record, and the Audit values field displays the values that changed between the previous entry and the current one.
