Providers can document communications to the patient, family members, or providers on the
Assessment/Plan - OPH template in the
Provider Communication panel. A history of documented communications appears in the grid. The grid can be filtered to display communication records by status, active (includes edited records) or deleted, or all records. By default, the grid is filtered to show
Active records. Fields on the
Provider Communication panel are shared with the
Provider Communication template. The
Audit Log link opens the
Provider Communications Audit Log template, where you can view or track changes made to a provider communication record.
