section, select one of the following options to filter the patient's diagnosis.

check box to display the current provider's diagnoses for the patient.

Filter the Patient's Clinical Problems
The Clinical Problems section of the Assessment/Plan - OPH template lists tracked problems and chronic conditions for the patient. clinical problems section On the Assessment/Plan - OPH template, expand the A/I/P Details panel and ensure that the DX HX/My Favourites option is selected. Note: The DX HX/My Favourites option is selected by default. Select the Chronic check box to view the patient's chronic conditions. Select the Tracked check box to view the patient's tracked problems. To learn how to mark a problem as chronic or tracked, go to Add Problem to the Problem List. Select the No Active check box to view the patient's problems that are no longer active. My Favorites Assessments
The My Favorites section of the Assessment/Plan - OPH template displays a list of favorite assessments that the provider has selected, which is accessible for all patients. The My Favorites list can include the most commonly used assessments and assessments that were difficult to find. Enter Assessments for Today's Visit
Assessments can be added to Today's Assessments in several ways, including by selecting from the patient's clinical problems or diagnosis history, the provider's list of favorite assessments, the Common Assessments template, or the diagnosis search window. New assessments can be added to various lists for the patient or the provider's My Favorites list, and they can be sorted to display in a preferred order. If a technician is acting as a scribe for the provider, select a name from the Scribe field. Review Today's Concern/Reason For Visit. Select an assessment from the grids in the following areas to add it to the Today's Assessment grid. Resolve a Diagnosis from Clinical Problems
You can mark a patient's clinical problems as resolved on the Assessment/Plan - OPH template. In the Clinical Problems grid, select the Resolve check box and then select a problem in the grid. Review Today's Assessments
Ophthalmic providers can review previously documented diagnoses/assessments that were selected for the patient for this encounter listed in the Today's Assessments grid in the Diagnosis panel on the Finalize - OPH template. CAUTION: A diagnosis added or modified on the Finalize - OPH template does not appear in the Impression/Plan Summary grid. However, it appears in the Diagnosis History and in the Chart Note. Configure Default View for Assessment/Plan - OPH Template
To configure the default view of Assessment/Plan - OPH template. Open the Eye Configuration practice template, and then double-click a row in the Provider Specialty grid to select the desired provider. configuring default view for assessment/plan - oph template In the Default speciality section, select Dx Hx or Previous Impression/Plan.
