Before you begin
You must have the necessary permissions to delete the jobs.
- Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
- Select Job List.
- To view the job list, in Job List, select from the necessary lists, enter the necessary patient information, and then select Search.
You can sort the results table columns data by selecting the column header. You can also rearrange the table columns by selecting and dragging the columns.
The results table appears.
- Optional: To clear the filters, select Clear Filters.
- To export the job list results, do one of the following:
- To export to PDF, select Export to PDF.
- To export to Microsoft Excel®, select Export to Excel.
The report is saved to your computer.
- To delete a job list, do one of the following:
- To delete a specific job, select the job, select Delete, and then select Ok.
- To delete multiple jobs, select and hold the Ctrl key, select the jobs you want to delete, and select Delete Selection, then select Ok.
- To delete all jobs in the list, select Delete All, and then select Ok.
