Apply Filters and Generate Job Reports

You can generate Dictation Jobs, Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs, and Charge Capture Jobs customized reports by applying filters, hiding and showing the specific columns, and sorting the jobs to search and analyze the data.
  1. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
  2. Select a clinic you want to work with.
  3. Select Jobs Tracking.
    You can select the Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs and Charge Capture Jobs tabs to generate the corresponding job reports.
    The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default.
  4. In Filters, select from the necessary fields, enter the required patient information, and then select the type of jobs to customize the report.
    By default, job number, patient, in-process start, appointment date, MRN, job status, job type, dictator ID, and editing complete columns are selected.
  5. In Display Options, select the necessary columns, and then select from the group results and sort options to view the required columns in the report.
    By default, results are grouped by dictator ID, and sorted in descending order by appointment date.

  6. Select Run Report.
    You can sort the report table data by selecting the column header. You can also rearrange the table columns by selecting and dragging the columns. You can select the Maximize icon icon to maximize the table.

  7. To save your report, select Save, enter a name, and then select Save Report.

    You can also view the pre-configured reports by selecting a report in System Reports.

    The report is saved to My Reports in Saved Reports.
  8. Optional: To clear the filters, select Clear Filters.
  9. Optional: To export your report to Microsoft Excel®, select Export to Excel.
    The report is downloaded to your computer.
