View the Job Details

  1. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
  2. Select a clinic you want to work with.
  3. Select Jobs Tracking.
    You can select the Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs and Charge Capture Jobs tabs to generate the corresponding job reports.
    The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default.
  4. Apply the required filters and display options, and then select Run Report.
    The Report Results table opens displaying the corresponding jobs.

  5. Optional: To maximize the report results table, select the Maximize icon icon.
    You can select the Minimize icon icon to minimize the table.
  6. Select the job number to view the details for a job.
    The job details view opens displaying the job number, patient demographics, dictating physician, job type, stat status, recorded audio during dictation, job history, and images attached with the job.

  7. Optional: To edit the patient demographics, update the necessary fields, and then select Save.
  8. Optional: To search for a patient, select the Search icon icon, enter the search criteria, and then select Select Patient.
    The corresponding patient job details view opens.
  9. Optional: To listen to the dictation, select PlayPlay icon.
    If the Audio section is hidden, you can expand the section. You can rewind, stop, and fast-forward the audio by selecting the corresponding audio controls.
  10. Optional: To view the job status record, select Job History.
    You can select the delivery details tab to view the details. If the job has an error, you can view the error details.
    The Job History section expands displaying the current details by default.
  11. Optional: To view the audit trail of all the actions performed on a job, select Job Access History.
    The Job Access History section expands displaying the username, the performed operation, and a timestamp for each event.
  12. Optional: To view the attached images to the job, select Images.
    The Images section expands displaying the images.
