View, Edit, and Delete the Saved Reports

My Reports are custom reports which are generated, and saved for the future reference.
  1. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
  2. Select a clinic you want to work with.
  3. Select Jobs Tracking.
    You can select the Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs and Charge Capture Jobs tabs to generate the corresponding job reports.
    The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default.
  4. In Saved Reports, select My Reports.
    System Reports opens by default.
  5. Select My Reports.
    The list of available reports appear.

  6. Select a report name to generate the report results.
    The Report Results table opens displaying the corresponding jobs.
  7. Optional: To rename a report, select the edit Edit icon icon next to the corresponding report, enter a name, and then select Edit icon.
  8. To delete a report, select the delete Delete report icon icon next to the corresponding report, and then select OK.
