View and Edit Documents

If the document is in customer review and delivery error, you can edit the document using the document editor controls.
  1. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
  2. Select a clinic you want to work with.
  3. Select Jobs Tracking.
    You can select the Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs and Charge Capture Jobs tabs to generate the corresponding job reports.
    The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default.
  4. Apply the required filters and display options, and then select Run Report.

  5. Select the job number to view the details for a job.

  6. Optional: To maximize the view of the document, select the Maximize icon icon.
    Select the Minimize icon to minimize the view.
  7. Edit the document with the editing controls.
    You can view the reason for the review in the Customer Review field.
  8. Optional: To leave the job without approving, select Save.
  9. To deliver the job, select Approve.
  10. Optional: If your job type is full-document return or supports resending to NextGen® Enterprise EHR manually, select Resend.
  11. Optional: To override the job value, select Add Override Value, select Override Value, and then select Add.
    You can update the override value by selecting Update Override Value.
