Generate and Save the System Reports

System Reports are pre-configured filters that are available to run and generate reports based on the job type category. After generating a system report, you can customize the report by modifying the pre-configured filter and display options, and save your report.

  1. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
  2. Select a clinic you want to work with.
  3. Select Jobs Tracking.
    You can select the Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs and Charge Capture Jobs tabs to generate the corresponding job reports.
    The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default.
  4. In Saved Reports, select System Reports.

  5. Select a filter to generate the report.
    The Report Results table opens displaying the corresponding jobs.
  6. Customize the report, and then select Save As.
    The report is saved to My Reports in Saved Reports.
