You can do the audit of job activity and events in NextGen® Mobile. You can also obtain an audit history for each job that records certain user events, the date and time of each event, and the user who modified the job.
Note: You must have the Access to Audit Tracking permission to access the Audit Tracking module.
Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
Select a clinic.
Select the Audit Tracking tab.
In Filters, select the filter criteria for the report.
Note: If no job type category is selected, all job types for your clinic are available.
In Display Options, move the data items from Available Columns to Selected Columns for the report to display the selected data in columns.
By default, some data items are selected to appear in the report.
In Group Results By, select an item to define how report results are categorized, and then select the sort order for the report.
By default, results are grouped by dictator ID and results are sorted by date in the descending order.
Select Run Report.
You can sort the report table columns data by selecting the column header. You can also show or hide columns, and rearrange the table columns by selecting and dragging the columns.
The Report Results table opens displaying the corresponding jobs. You can select enter the full-window mode, and then select to exit the full-window mode.
To export the report to a Microsoft Excel® file, select Export to Excel.
The report is downloaded to a local directory based on the settings of your web browser.
