Job Type Icons
The following icons appear next to the job number to indicate the job type:
Indicates the STAT job.
Note:
The STAT job requires the 24-hours turnaround time.
Indicates the device-generated job.
Note:
The device-generated job is created from the unscheduled encounter.
Indicates that charges are attached to the job.
Indicates that images are attached to the job.

View, Edit, and Delete the Saved Reports
My Reports are custom reports which are generated, and saved for the future reference. Note: The custom reports are available only for you. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select a clinic you want to work with. Select Jobs Tracking. You can select the Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs and Charge Capture Jobs tabs to generate the corresponding job reports. The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default. In Saved Reports, select My Reports.System Reports opens by default. Select My Reports.The list of available reports appear.My Reports tab Select a report name to generate the report results.The Report Results table opens displaying the corresponding jobs. Optional: To rename a report, select the edit Edit icon icon next to the corresponding report, enter a name, and then select Edit icon. Generate and Save the System Reports
System Reports are pre-configured filters that are available to run and generate reports based on the job type category. After generating a system report, you can customize the report by modifying the pre-configured filter and display options, and save your report. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select a clinic you want to work with. Select Jobs Tracking. You can select the Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs and Charge Capture Jobs tabs to generate the corresponding job reports. The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default. In Saved Reports, select System Reports.System Reports opens. System Reports tab Select a filter to generate the report.The Report Results table opens displaying the corresponding jobs. View the Charges Attached to Jobs
In Charges, you can view the procedure charged for an encounter, services provided to patients on encounters and claims, specific modifiers to medical procedures provided to patients, fees associated with the procedure, procedures entered for clinical purposes and not eligible for billing information. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select a clinic you want to work with. Select Jobs Tracking. The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default. Select Charge Capture Jobs. Apply the required filters and display options, and then select Run Report. The Report Results table opens displaying the corresponding jobs. Report Results table Select the job number to view the details for a job. The job details view opens displaying the job number, patient demographics, job history and job access history. Apply Filters and Generate Job Reports
You can generate Dictation Jobs, Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs, and Charge Capture Jobs customized reports by applying filters, hiding and showing the specific columns, and sorting the jobs to search and analyze the data. Note: Based on your clinic's configuration, you can search and view the job types. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select a clinic you want to work with. Select Jobs Tracking. You can select the Image Only and Chat Upload Jobs and Charge Capture Jobs tabs to generate the corresponding job reports. The Jobs Tracking window opens displaying the Dictation Jobs tab by default.
