Edit User Information
- Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
- Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users.
- Search for and then select a username.
The User Information tab on the Edit User page opens.
- In NextGen Username, enter the username to ensure your NextGen® Enterprise username is linked in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, and then enter the additional information.
- Update dictator, notification, macro, and dictionary preferences as necessary.
- Select Save & Close.
- Reset the User Password
You can reset the user password in Manage Clinic. - Disable and Enable User Accounts
You can deactivate and activate the user accounts in Manage Clinic.
