You can deactivate a user account to restrict the user from using NextGen® Mobile.
- Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
- Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users.
Users opens.
- Search for and select a username.
Edit User opens displaying User Information by default.
- Select the settings
icon, and then select Disable User.
The use account is deactivated.
- To activate the user account, the settings
icon, and then select Enable User.
The use account is activated.
