Disable and Enable User Accounts

You can deactivate a user account to restrict the user from using NextGen® Mobile.
  1. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
  2. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users.
    Users opens.
  3. Search for and select a username.
    Edit User opens displaying User Information by default.
  4. Select the settings Settings icon icon, and then select Disable User.
    The use account is deactivated.
  5. To activate the user account, the settings Settings icon icon, and then select Enable User.
    The use account is activated.
