Reset the User Password

  1. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
  2. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users.
    Users opens.
  3. Search for and select a username.
    Edit User opens displaying User Information by default.
  4. Select the settings Settings icon icon, and then select Reset Password.
    Reset Password opens.
  5. Enter and confirm the password, and then select Reset Password.
    You can select Show Password and Temp Password to change the password when the user log on for the first time, if needed.
