You can configure your account profile settings, including personal information, password management, enrollment notifications, and dashboard preferences, in My Profile.
Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
Select your username.
My Profile opens.
In Manage Your Profile, enter the necessary information.
You can select Default Tab to automatically open the specified tab when you open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
In Manage Your Password, enter and confirm your password.
To view the job activity for dictating providers in your clinic on the dashboard, in Dashboard Configuration, select the Select All checkbox or choose from the Select Providers list.
To receive enrollment notifications, in Manage Your Enrollment, select the necessary checkboxes, and then select Update Changes.
