Add Content Group Macros for User Accounts

You can create content group macros to be used for a specific group of providers during dictation in NextGen® Mobile.
  1. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
  2. Select your clinic, select Manage Clinics, and then select Users.
  3. In Users, search for and select a user, and then select the Macros tab.
  4. Select Add Existing Macro.
    The Add Existing Macro page in Add Existing Macro Wizard opens.
  5. From Select Group, select a content group.
    The list of macros appears.
  6. Select Next to assign dictators to macros, and then select Save.
    All macros in the content group are added for the selected group users.
