View and Create Content Groups

Content Groups are sub-groups, and you can create content groups with the same clinic users to use the shared content in NextGen® Mobile.
  1. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
  2. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups.
    Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group.
  3. Search for and select a group name.
    You can select Image Templates, Signature Types, Job List, Macros, and Personal Dictionary to view the corresponding details.
    Edit Content Group opens displaying the Users tab by default.
  4. To create a group, select Create New Group.
  5. In Group Name, enter the group name, and then select Next.
