View and Create Content Groups
Content Groups are sub-groups, and you can create content groups with the same clinic users to use the shared content in NextGen® Mobile.
Note: The group members can access the group content, and each user must assign to only one content group. Users not assigned to any content group can view all data available in their clinic.
- Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
- Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups.
Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group.
- Search for and select a group name.
You can select Image Templates, Signature Types, Job List, Macros, and Personal Dictionary to view the corresponding details.Edit Content Group opens displaying the Users tab by default.
- To create a group, select Create New Group.
- In Group Name, enter the group name, and then select Next.
Note: You can add Users, Image Templates, Signature Types, Job List, Macros, and Personal Dictionary to a content group.

You can create group macros to use during dictation in NextGen Mobile. - Add Custom Words for Content Groups
You can add, edit and delete custom words for a content group in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal to obtain accurate transcriptions during dictation. - Edit Content Groups
You can edit the content group users, image templates, signature types, job lists, macros, and personal dictionary.
