Add, Edit, and Delete Image Templates for Content Groups

You can create image libraries and PDF documents, and make them available for the content group members to use in their documentation.

  1. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.
  2. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Content Groups.
    Content Groups opens displaying the list of available content groups in alphabetical order along with the number of users in each group.
  3. Search for and select a content group, and then select Add Image Templates.
    Image Templates opens.

  4. To add image templates, do one of the following:
    • Select Add New Template, in Template Name, enter the name, select a Image File, and select Save, then select Next.
    • Select Add Existing Template, select a group from the list, select Save, and then select Next.
  5. Optional: To view an image template, in Actions, select View.
  6. Optional: To edit an image template, in Actions, select Edit, update the template name and image file, and then select Save.
  7. Optional: To delete an image template, in Actions, select Delete, and then select Yes.
